Rack Space Rental
The service provides our customers with 2.5sqm of leased floor space for hosting their racks and equipment in the data centre either by providing their own rack. The service guarantees our customers access to a climate-controlled environment, stringent security procedures and intelligent fire protection measures. The space will be charged based on the floor space occupied and with standard power supply.

Rack Rental
Digital Delta provides dedicated racks with lockable doors and perforated front and rear allowing optimal air flow. A customer has the option of renting a full or half rack to place their hardware equipment/servers giving them direct access to a cable distribution system supporting copper and fibre interconnects. This service enables our customers to take advantage of our secure, SLA guaranteed availability, stringent and stable hosting environment , whilst providing the customer with full control over their hosted hardware.

Power
Our Data centre has been designed to meet, and in certain aspects exceed, Tier III standards to ensure high-performance, reliability and redundancy . Continuous power availability which is a critical component of a data centre and Digital Delta guarantees this by providing two separate power feeds consisting of the national grid with backup of diesel generators and UPS systems. Each rack is provided with a 1.1kVA power allowance and comes with standard PDU's to distribute power to the racks allowing continuous monitoring and control of power consumption and monthly costs.

Interconnects
This service allows one to have direct access to multiple carriers, business partners and service providers through structured cabling within our data centre, supporting copper and fibre interconnects. One has a choice between a bilateral interconnection to a 3rd party or a mulitlateral interconnect to the Internet Exchange Point (IXP) allowing for system integration and data exchange that is highly reliable, resilient and low-latency.

Remote Hands
This service allows customers the opportunity to use our 24/7/365 support and maintenance assistance allowing basic tasks to be performed remotely by delegated highly trained data centre technicians. We offer onsite rapid response and pre scheduled work services for our customers which include low-level technical support such as resetting or rebooting of equipment, cable replacement, checking of alarms on equipment, supply and fit of LAN and SAN etc.
